MORAINE LAKE LODGE - Lake Louise, Alb- It is here at Moraine Lake Lodge that Kyle began his career, working under the guidance of French Chef Yves Levesque. With this Award winning restaurant boasting 4 diamonds on his resume, Kyle was on his way to new heights.
VINELAND ESTATES WINERY - Vineland, ON-From Moraine Lake Lodge Kyle moved on to Vineland Estates Winery. As one of Niagara’s first winery restaurants and a forerunner of Niagara’s flourishing wine and culinary scene, Kyle was part of an internationally trained team of chefs directed by Executive Chef Jan Willem Stulp. Vineland was showcased at the renowned James Beard Foundation in New York City and on Food Network Canada. This 4 diamond Culinary destination is rated top 20 best winery restaurants in the world by Access Magazine.
ELK RIDGE RESORT - Waskesiu Lake, Sk-Kyle joined Saskatchewan's "only" 4 star resort as the Sous Chef in 2010. Kyle worked directly under the guidance of Executive Chef Michael Card who led the VIP Lounge at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. Michael Card played a considerable role in preparing Kyle for his next adventure, demanding nothing less than perfection in food preparation, customer service and leadership which Kyle carries over into owning and operating Cravings Bakery & Cafe as well as Executive Chef & co-owner of The Venue in his hometown of Peterborough, On.

INDULGENCE BAKERY - Fonthill, ON- It was here that Heather found her true talents working under the direction of Pastry Chef Paul Roode. Heather honed her skills in the fine art of baking creating individual pastries, wedding cakes and bread. Working under one of the most respected Pastry Chefs in the Niagara Region, Heather developed a style of baking that has gained her accolades in the quality and presentation shown in her work.
ELK RIDGE RESORT - Waskesiu Lake, Sk- Heather left Indulgence Bakery to accept the lead roll as the Pastry Chef at Saskatchewan's "only" 4 star resort. Working under Executive Chef Michael Card, she spent time revamping the dessert menu taking it to new heights receiving rave reviews from locals, tourists and culinary columnists. Using only the best ingredients available to create a menu that put a stamp on Elk Ridge Resort as a culinary destination with her elegant pastries.
